Research conducted in 1991 by Michel beauge observed masturbating can help cure phimosis if masturbation is done using correct technique. Michel beauge observed men with phimosis tend to avoid stretching the tight part of the foreskin while masturbating. This tight part of the foreskin is called phimotic band. This is the area of focus in this article.
Michel Beauge wrote that all of his 18-22 year old patients wereable to cure their tightness themselves by adjusting the way they masturbated to apply more tension to the tight part.
He also noted applying more tension to the tight part of the foreskin while masturbating simulates intercourse better, which helped prepare men to have sex successfully unlike the ways they had previously been masturbating.
Masturbating can help cure phimosis, but how exactly?

When you masturbate (if you do), hold your grip at the tightest part of your foreskin. Use little force to slide down that tight phimotic band. Remember to use force with caution, it might lead to paraphimosis, you don’t want that happening to you.
This will help in loosening up the foreskin at it’s tightest part and that is what we all intend to achieve with stretching. This is what cures phimosis.
Though masturbating helps but it is still not the safest way to cure phimosis. There’s always a risk of paraphimosis. One strong stroke of your hand and you’re stuck with phimosis, and trust me, you wouldn’t want this.
