Now there are 2 tools you can use to stretch your foreskin for phimosis.
- Using Strool
- Using your fingers
Stroolstretcher is a tool specially designed by urologists and biomedical engineers to conservatively treat phimosis and help patients stretch their foreskin.
The best thing about strool is that you don’t have to do anything once you apply it. It does all it works by itself. Apply it and watch a 20 minute youtube video, your stretching for today is done.
How to use Strool?
>Simply insert the tips of the tool into the opening of your foreskin.
> Slowly squeeze the hand grips and allow the foreskin to expand to its maximum, painless capacity.
> Tighten the screw to this level of expansion.
> After 15 minutes slowly release the hand grips, allowing the foreskin to rest and its blood flow to resume.
Duration of Use:
Do 2 sessions per day, once in morning and other before bed. Make sure one session is at least 15 minutes long but not more than 30 minutes.
Use any stretching method (2-fingers method is better) for 1 minute to 1 minute 30 seconds and take rest for 30 seconds. We will call this one round.
Try doing at least 5 rounds per session. This translates to 10 sessions per day.
Next, put on the treatphimosis rings and let it stay there for up to 1 hour. You can extend the duration if you feel comfortable.
Once you’re done with wearing it, remove the ring and wash your penis with soap or better if you can use hygiene wash to rub the outside of your penis and pubic area in general. To wash the interior part of penis, such as glans, and under skin of foreskin, USE ONLY WATER. Do not use soap or any other reagent.
You can then put some virgin coconut oil or castor oil to moisten your penis and foreskin and sleep. This will cause your foreskin to moisten up and let loose.
