Refunds
If you are unhappy with the product quality and/or don’t see improvements in your conditions after using treatphimosis kit, we will refund your amount. Please write to us at help@treatphimosis.com
Your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 2-10 business days.
Our policy lasts 10 days from date of delivery of product.
You might be charged a restocking fee of up to 8 GBP or equivalent in your currency. Application of restocking fee may vary from case-to-case basis.

Cancellation
Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and no refund will be provided in such case. Please note that, the order dispatches in 1 business day*.

Refunds or returns can be provided only in case of product quality. If your product is approved for return the customer will have to ship it themselves.

What happens to the returned items?
The items returned by you are then disposed off and never included back in stock.
