If you’re unable to roll back foreskin (when erect or flaccid) to its original position, this is a case of paraphimosis.
Phimosis leading to paraphimosis is quite common amongst people suffering from phimosis. When foreskin is pulled down too forcefully it rests over the bottom part of glans. The foreskin when rests here and cannot be pulled back to the tip of penis. This state is the state of paraphimosis. Paraphimosis can be a serious problem for some depending how tight it is. Generally it takes about 5-10 minutes of struggle to to roll back foreskin when erect and cure yourself of paraphimosis.
Paraphimosis
Paraphimosis is a urologic emergency in which the retracted foreskin of an uncircumcised male cannot be returned to its normal anatomic position. It is important for clinicians to recognize this condition promptly, as it can result in gangrene and amputation of the glans penis.
How to roll back foreskin (when erect or not) to it's original position in phimosis and paraphimosis
If you can touch your glans (if they are not so sensitive)
If your glans are sensitive, it is little difficult to fix paraphimosis. However, if you’re easy on touching your glans you can fix it easily. To fix paraphimosis you’re supposed to grip the skin with one or both hands to pull it up while pushing the glans down with your thumb(s). If you can’t get a grip because of lube, wipe it off with a towel or tissue or paper cloth.
You may need to hold gentle pressure on the glans for a while before the pressure subsides if it is swollen from constriction. If it is very swollen it might take a few minutes holding pressure on the glans before the skin can go back. Holding pressure on it with a cloth or cloth bandage for a few minutes can help reduce swelling. (If it won’t go back, you need to see an emergency doctor immediately. If the blood flow is cut off, that will cause gangrene.
Hope this will help in helping you roll back foreskin when erect. Let us know in the comments below.
If you're erect at the time paraphimosis occurs
Then you should wait for your penis to get flaccid. While penis is gradually getting flaccid, grab the foreskin (that is stuck) and try to get it over the glans (in a lifting motion). This normally helps.
To make sure paraphimosis doesn't occur again
When masturbating, grip your penis over the phimotic band. Phimotic band is the tightest part of your foreskin. Identify the tightest part of your foreskin and grab penis over there.
Then try to do the masturbating motion over phimotic band. This will help loosen the phimotic band and essentially treat phimosis.
Final Word:
Keep stretching your foreskin carefully. Stretching works big time. Just be careful to not to get it behind your glans, use a soft grip. To rollback foreskin when erect or not, usually the steps mentioned above works.
